I was sick. I am not sure what was wrong, but I am guessing it was my back. Jake a Greta made me breakfast in bed. I can be certain, but it looks like maybe someone drew a little star on the spoon...
I also like that they use a notebook for a place mat and due to age restrictions, brought me my own knife and peeler.
My favorite thing about this picture is how please Jake looks with himself. I am not sure you can tell, but the Legos spell out "Get wel". Gretchen made the card and used her gummy bear necklace across the top for some added flair.
Whatever I had must have been serious because even my dear friend Heidi brought dinner. This is the most amazing clam chowder and bread!
