R P

A couple of weeks ago Gretchen had her cute friend McKell over. I was at work so Mike was home with the kids. Gretchen loves to collect potatoe bugs, well lots of different kinds of bugs actually. Anyway, Gretchen and McKell talked Mike into making them little cardboard houses. If you think it looks easy, you don't know the process it took. First he had to cut 4 "cross" shapes and wait for the girls to color them. Then he had to fold them up and tape them while the girls danced around him anxiously telling just what he was doing wrong and how it was taking far too long.

I am not sure if you can tell or not, but in the top picture there is an R P. It stands for Rolie Polie, that is what she calls potato bugs cause she can't remember the name. The other shapes are food and furniture.
