We always have Christmas Eve at Granny Sharon's,
this year was no exception.
We started with a little grandchild harassment, some back adjustment, more grandchild harassment, followed by a yummy dinner and a cute program. Every year my mom and dad have Alyson sing Mary's Lullaby by Wanda West. It is amazing. Alyson is very talented and does a wonderful job singing it with or without any music.
We sing songs that go along with the story of Christmas and there is always a lot of dancing, Rio is really into dancing.
Then we open gifts.
I thought it might be fun to remember what the kids asked for:
Grandpa & Grandma gave Gracie and umbrella and Apples to Apples Jr. They gave Jake snow pants and Star Wars action figures, Gretchen also got snow pants and squinkies (little pencil toppers in a bubblegum machine) Lindsey & Dean had our family and they gave us Legos.
