When his other front tooth came out, this tooth automatically scooted into the middle and turned sideways. Did you know it is picture time at school?
Anyway, I couldn't take it any longer. I really did give it a good shot. I tackled the boy to the floor, pinned him down and started negotiating. The only offer he would take was 3 days out of school and he wanted them before I pulled the tooth. (It was a very loose tooth and the next one is already down) I needed to have a reason to take him to the movie, another story, so I pulled the tooth and invited him to come to the show. Doesn't this look better?
I remember that my Grandpa pulled out my teeth several times. Every time I had a loose tooth, I would show my Grandpa. Every time I showed my Grandpa, he would ask to see how wiggly it was. Every time he put his fingers in my mouth, a tooth came out, wiggly or not. I remember it, I remember thinking I couldn't trust him and I remember that it happened a lot. I turned out okay, I hope Jake does:)

My mom used lots of threats to pull my teeth out because I would do the same (let them hang by a thread). What always worked? She would tell me if I didn't cooperate, she would take me to the dentist or the Dr. Broadbent and they would do it and it wouldn't be as nice. Worked every time. lol.
