Oney has gotten a little frustrated with his tail, and may be whining more than Gretchen. We had to get him a cone because he won't leave his stitches alone.
Post Surgery
Good News! It is over. Gretchen had her tonsils out & a new set of tubes put in. She has done really well. After the surgery they admitted her to the pediatric unit to make sure she was getting enough fluids and not bleeding. She got a little nauseous & threw up a couple of times, but I think that was because of the pain medication. She had to have...correction...I let her have her binki & I think it was my saving grace. She didn't do too much whining & I honestly believe that the binki has made her swallow more so she isn't getting as sore. Just a hunch, I will wait until she is off the medication to firm up that theory.

I'm glad to hear that the surgery went well. I'm with you....I would've given her the binki too!!
I am glad the surgery went well and that she is doing fine. I think the definition of a binky is 'saving grace'.

I am so glad that Gretchen is ok after surgery. I pray for you and her that this is going to be the last of her trips to the doctor.

I'm glad she's doing well. I think it's adorable that even in her hospital bed, she has ribbons in her hair!!! You're an adorable family! Hope to see you guys one day....maybe sooner than later!
