9 Months Old

This nine month old boy has a mouth full of swollen gums. He chews on everything.

He is not as easily entertained as he has been. He still enjoys your company, but doesn't just smile at anything. You might say he is a bit suspicious...

How about this lateral incisor coming in before either of the front teeth?

Sitting is still tricky, but this boy is getting so mobile. He can roll or army crawl to get to any electronic device and if he is interested, other toys. Right after this picture he bit that bears nose. I guess I won't have to worry about him at Scout Camp.

He has started eating little things like the Gerber snacks, yogurt melts and Cherrios.

Today he chewed on a salted cucumber and liked it more than the plain one I gave him at first.

He eats rice and beans as well.

This week while Gracie was tending he rolled off the bed and got his first shiner. You can see it just under his right eye. Gracie sent me a picture right after, it said "We had a little incident, but he is happy now." ...because she gave him a bottle.

I love my family and the unity this baby brings is amazing.
