Perks of Being the Mom

I came home tonight after a fun date with Mike. The kids didn't go to bed and it was late. I was pretty frustrated. When things were finally settled, I went into my room and found this:

 I love the notification to remove the "from" tag.

This is an elaborately decorated Saltine box.

 My favorite part was the three strips of tape across the front. They allow the folded and colored tab of tape to open with ease. Clever and decorative.

 But the very best part was when I removed the tag and lifted the tab to find little coupons for "1 joke"

What is better than a guy who is funny? 

I guy who will let you cash in a joke coupon! Simply charming.

 I have already cashed in 1 joke and 1 two min foot-rub. Jake said we didn't have time for a 30 min talk. I can't wait until we do.
