Blue & Gold Banquet

This year's theme for the Blue & Gold Banquet was western. They had all kinds of western activities and these wanted posters of each of the boys.

The boys were each supposed to make a cake with their dad. Jake and Mike and I, made the chocolate cake first and then in true Webelo fashion Mike and Jake talked about making a "cow pie" with 

no-bake cookies. Jake was really excited about it. This morning, I thought he might actually vibrate out of the house if I didn't let him get started. We used a little green frosting to make some grass around the patties. Jake's scout leader told him his cake was "crappy" and he was in heaven.
