Impromptu Barbecue

Sometime in church I send out a text. I send it to suckers, suckers for a party anyway. So I sent out this text:

Hey you want to have a party at your house?

...and I wait.

Addy replies. She is game. I ask her when and she asks more questions.
.....Casey replies, "Sure, 5:30" So I ask him who is coming. He says Mom, Dad & Lindsey. I got nervous. But I keep on going. I asked what I should bring and he asked what we were having. I tell him "You tell me, it's your party"
He says, "Bring the propane"

I invite Addy to Casey's party.
...Casey texts: I better talk to my wife. (Poor Alyson, she married a sucker)

I don't feel too bad, I had the last impromptu barbecue on Father's Day.

Everybody brings something and it is AmAZIng!!
There were fresh veggies from Grandma Great's garden, we had kabobs, Floridian burgers,
corn on the cob, Muddie Buddies, chips, salsa and fruit.

 I am winning her over!
I can trick him into hugging me, but not into saying he likes me.
It was impromptu, I know what I looked like. It's fine.
 Cute boys.
Cameron, Addy, Johnny, Casey and Mike played soccer with the kids.
Jake gave a demonstration on what little boys can do, but shouldn't. He climbed poles & walked fences. He swung from gates and jumped from the haystacks. He loves it at Casey's. Krey loves Jake, but neither one of them uses a "thinker".
The babies dumped soda all over and I sent Emilee and Alyson over to the Spear's to get some Hi-Chews. We had enough treats that we didn't even eat the Smores.
Thanks Casey & Alyson for hosting the party!! (and the pictures)
