That's the End

Today was bitter-sweet. I don't have any babies left, but, all of my kids are in school. Everybody goes at the same time to the same school and has the same schedule.

Today Gracie is a 5th Grader. When I went into her classroom to take her picture, in true teenage fashion, she rolled her eyes and with a disgusted voice asked "What are you doing?"

Jake knew just where 2nd grade was and he went there himself... except when I came out of Gretchen's classroom, he was standing there and with this exasperated voice said "Mom, you were supposed to take me to my class dugh!" When we got there, we found this: Jake & Keaton sitting right next to each other.

I informed his teacher that she would need to take care of that before the end of the day. These 2 are idiots. When they get together it is like putting jumping beans in a Mason jar. She simply told them to prove their moms wrong.

Luly turned 6 on the first day of school! She couldn't wait to get to first grade. It was "The best school day ever!" "The lunch was goood, the class was goood, the recess was goood, the teacher was goood."

She took "Tic-Tacs" for her treat. In Luly's world there are 2 kinds of Tic-Tacs, type one is an actual Tic-Tac and type two is actually a Kit Kat. She took Kit Kats to share with her class. Her teacher gave her a cute book and her class made this card. I love that they all drew a picture of themselves.
