The Famous Gracie Ballard

Emily asked me if Gracie would like to model in a photo shoot for The Food Nanny.

Emily took all of the girls with her, and went to the delightful home of Leah Wright, otherwise known as Shimmy Girl. Gracie met her fake dad (who happens to be a model)and her fake mom. For her part she was asked to sit at the kitchen table and play with her phone, instead of eating dinner. She was told to act annoyed and irritated. Emily said that when they told her that she was giving the perfect looks, she replied that she had had some practice. They told Emily that Gracie was absolutely perfect for the part.

They met some "famous" people, the Food Nanny, Liz Edmunds

& Courtney Kendrick from C Jane (she was Gracie's mom in the shoot).

Gracie said that they even ordered them lunch from a fancy place and there were SO many choices. She got quesadilla :)

While they were waiting for lunch to arrive, they all pretended to be models:

That night, when they were selling fresh herbs at the farmer's market, Rachel yell out,

"Come buy your lettuce and herbs from the famous, Gracie Ballard!"

The ad will debut in LDS Living and/or The Deseret News
