Because Jake is planning on being a snowboarder in the Winter Olympics:) Steve & Emily invited us to the Dew Tour.
I was skeptical at first, but it was Totally worth it!!
We had so much fun.
We had so many new adventures. We met the shuttle at the Dee Events Center. The kids loved that the bus had a bathroom. Jake used it at leats once both directions. When we got to Snow Basin we rode the lift up to the half-pipe. Gracie was afraid to ride, but then later kept asking if we could ride the carnival ride.
(it looks like Jake wasn't having fun, but he did enjoy it. He wanted to get to that free stuff.)
Because of the passes Steve got, we were able to hike up the sides of the ramp and watch the skiers up close.
Can you believe that shot? It was amazing.
The kids thought the skiers were cool, but they were pretty
focused on getting free stuff.
They played games, got free posters,
chapstick, stickers, signs and Jake won a football
& hasn't stopped playing with it.
The kids made these signs at one of the Toyota booths and later used them for sleds. It was pretty embarrassing when my boy goes sledding on a paper sign into a line of real skiers & snowboarders waiting to get on the ski lift. The weather was fantastic and the skies were beautiful. What a day.
BEST CRAFT DAY EVER!
Thanks Steve & Emily.

I am jealous. Looks like a fun time indeed. And I am so on the sane page as your kids - I friggin love free stuff. Doesn't matter if I need it or not. I am like an 80 year old.
