This year we enjoyed sharing Thanksgiving with the Ballard's. Not to be cheesy at all, but I am quite fortunate to have such wonderful family on both sides. Everything was beautiful and delicious. Gloria is an amazing cook & with Angela's help they did almost the entire dinner. It was incredible. After a little settling we went to the Stake Gym and played kickball. It was so fun. Grandpa Richard was the full-time pitcher and wasn't partial. The rest of us split into 2 teams and had a ball. I love this shot of Gracie guarding 1st base. (That blue ball in the background was not the one we were playing with, but either way does it look like she was playing defense?)
Addy and Cameron joined us. Next year we are going to find a team to play against. I think the Hall's want to play Team Ballard, it might be hard to pick sides. I should say, I hope someone lets me be on their team:)

the mocks will challenge you to a good kickball game sometime. (i warn you though, it gets quite competitive. several members of the family have been kicked out of almost EVERY church ball game they have ever participated in.)
