60 + 60 + 60 =

The other night Gracie was working on this math equation.  I can't remember why it even came up but I told her it was 180.  {Mike just informed me that he and Gracie were talking about her weight.  She said that she weighed 60 pounds and asked how much he weighed.  He said that he weighed more than 3 times as much as her.} I got busy doing something different and never heard the end of the conversation she & Mike had.  

The next morning Gracie came into our room around 5. She bent down by Mike and wispered "Dad, what is 60 times 3?"  Mike laughed and told her that she could figure that out & not to wake him up for stuff like that.  She asked me if she was late for school.  I told her that it was still very early and to go back to bed.

At 7:00 when I was doing her hair she said that 

60+60+60 was infact 180. She also said she didn't sleep very good and that she was still very tired.  I brushed it off thinking that she had lost track of time because she had gotten up at 5 and she didn't think she got enough sleep.  After I got her off to school I went downstairs to make Jake's bed.  I stopped by her room to see if it was clean & spotted this paper on her neatly made bed.

Poor girl, who knew how heavily this equation was weighing on her mind.
