Sledding

After craft day last week, Gracie had a sleep-over with her cousins. The next day they came over and we went sledding. We have a wonderful sledding park just down the street. The girls had a wonderful time. Rachel was very courageous and Lucy was not ready to quit. Emily took these darling photos before I got there {I was cooking my first turkey}
Gracie & Rachel decided to try another hill. They trudged through the snow, and broke new ground. Rachel came back, but Gracie didn't. When we went to leave I turned around to see this It was funny at first, but while trudging over I did not see her move. I wanted to get a funny picture, but the closer I got, the more nervous I got. She did not move at all. It turned out she was okay. I think that she was just posing. When I got to her she gasped, "I just can't take it. I am worn out." She had been playing hard and was quite hungry.
