"5 Things about Jake"

1.  He is a very serious dog trainer.

2.  He is the only cowboy I know that is afraid of horses & cows.

3.  Jake is just as tender as he is tuff.

4. Like Gracie,  Jake loves to work hard.  He works hard at working hard.  Yesterday he put on his "basketballs"  and his sweats with his rubber boots and went out to train his dog.  When he was done he commented "This hot dog training is hard work"  He acted like it was a responsibility.

5.  Jake is a comedian.  He always has us laughing.  Today he left primary 3 times.  He said he had to check on the Dodge in the parking lot.  When I found out I had a little chat with him in the hallway.  I explained that the circumstances for not being obedient during church would be staying home from Grandma Sharon's.  Confidently he walked in and sat down with his arms folded.  After a few seconds of being good, he turned around, gave me the thumbs-up & a wink.
